STMA is creating a series of aircraft owned by the Alaska Aviation Heritage Museum.
These X-Plane models will be flown by visitors on their custom built simulators
Here is what Norm LaGasse, museum executive director, has to say about our O-1 Bird
Dog on skis which is currently in use on their simulator: "Ole Dog on skis is a hit
with the visitors. They really enjoy the the challenge of trying to land her on the
mountain glaciers." He is anticipating even more excitement when they can fly their own
aircraft on simular exciting adventures.

This replica of the F111C in Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) markings was developed
from the aircraft Type Certificate Data Sheet and extensive research of available documents.
It includes a transparent canopy and realistic 3D cockpit. Like all of our V8 models, an
alternate 3D cockpit that has no pilots is included. For best viewing of the cockpit and
controls set the X-Plane resolution to 1024 x 1024 or greater.
